| Wayne Bishop | Mr. Bishop is a program manager in the Mental Health and Addictions program at Eastern Health, who is currently enrolled in the Master of Public Health Program at Memorial University. During Mr. Bishop’s studies, he hopes to address the health-care service challenges of people who use drugs and people with substance use disorders, as well as how Eastern Health can better respond to their health needs at a system level. |
| Ahmad Mahmoud Deeb | Mr. Deeb is currently a PhD student at the Faculty of Nursing at Memorial University. Mr. Deeb’s thesis focuses on the clinical deterioration of hospitalized medical patients in Newfoundland and Labrador. At the end of his study, he plans to develop an evidence-based clinical pathway to offset the many challenges that can occur in clinical deterioration. |
