This touch screen system next to the patient’s bedside will provide access to traditional television and telephone services, as well as online games. It will also connect patients to the outside world via the Internet and Skype, an online video conferencing tool that enables people to speak with a friend or loved one anywhere in the world. For associated costs and entertainment options, patients can touch the screen at their bedside or visit the kiosk in the main lobby of the facility.
