The Strategic Plan, ‘Putting Excellence to Action,’ is our roadmap to help guide us toward our vision of Healthy People, Healthy Communities.
We heard from close to 6,000 voices throughout the region, and that input provided the foundation for our Strategic
Plan, including the
identification of the strategic priorities on which the organization will focus over
the next three years: access, quality and safety, population health, healthy workplace and sustainability.
