Clinics for first responders and frontline essential workers

COVID-19 vaccination clinics are now open to first responders and frontline essential workers, specifically those who have had direct contact with the public during Alert Level 5, who cannot work from home, and who are 16 years and older by December 31, 2021.
First responders include:
  • career and volunteer firefighters,
  • police officers,
  • border services personnel, and
  • search and rescue crews.
Front-line essential workers are those who have direct contact with the public and cannot work from home during Alert Level 5. For example,
  • retail/grocery store employees, and
  • teachers and educational staff who work directly with students.
These clinics use mRNA (Pfizer/Moderna) vaccination.
