Joyful Listening

Joyful Listening is a therapeutic program that brings music, audio books and podcasts to residents living in nursing homes.

Joyful Listening
Joyful Listening enriches the lives of long-term care residents by maximizing the convenience of personal listening devices, such as iPods or MP3 players.
This form of therapeutic intervention has many benefits. For example, music can promote relaxation and reduce agitation, while audio books and podcasts can prevent boredom and loneliness and provide cognitive stimulation.
