Good Health for EveryBODY (GHEB)
For more detailed information, parents can join a local Good Health for EveryBODY (GHEB) program. This free program has been developed by the JLP and is offered by trained facilitators in many communities around the province.

Preschool Child Identified with a Risk Factor (within the Eastern region)
Once formally identified as having a risk factor, your child will be assessed at our multi-disciplinary clinic, which includes follow up until they are primary school age. At that time they will have the option to attend our group program. Visit the Local Services section to learn more.

Outside the Eastern Region
Our team travels to each regional health authority of the province in our Traveling Consultation Clinic every 18 months.  Visit the Provincial Services section to learn more.

Referral Process
Health-care professionals can refer a child with an identified risk factor for the development of a chronic disease. Visit the Referral section to learn more.
