When can I log into the orientation?
  • Postgraduates will receive an email from Memorial University (MUN) containing their USER ID and PASSWORD. Students will need this information to log into the online orientation by May 25, 2015. The deadline to complete this orientation and return required documents is June 3, 2015.

After logging into the module, look for the 'Pay & Benefits' tab on your left menu. All required documents and appropriate instructions are in this section. In order to receive payment for work starting on July 1, 2015, these documents must be completed and mailed before June 26, 2015 to:

Documents received after June 26, 2015 date will be processed for the following payday.

Is the Personal Health and Information Act (PHIA) training course for you?

Is the “Oath/Affirmation of Confidentiality” for you?

Yes, Personal Health and Information Act legislation requires that all staff, including postgraduates, students and clinical clerks, sign an Oath/Affirmation of Confidentiality. Please bring photo identification to this session.

Orientations must be completed as required. Non–compliance with orientation requirements could potentially affect medical students’ clinical studies at Eastern Health.
