Anal Sex

Anal sex refers to sex where the penis is in the anus.

Anal sex exposes you to all STIs. Once a person’s genitals enter the other person’s body, there is an exchange of body fluids like semen (with or without ejaculation) and blood. The skin inside the anus is very delicate and sensitive. STIs such as Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) are present in anal fluids.

Safer Sex Optionsexternal (male) condom and lots of lube to avoid any small tears of the skin or skip it.
