We are doing everything necessary to ensure that our critical services are adequately delivered to our patients, residents and clients, and that our employees and physicians are safe.
Patients who require emergency care and those with confirmed scheduled appointments, by phone or appointment letter, should proceed to the hospital.
Patients whose health-care needs are identified by their physician as high priority will be contacted about their appointment time.
We ask that patients not arrive more than 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time, as waiting area space is limited. If patients have questions regarding their appointments or would like to inquire about rebooking, they should call the phone number on their appointment letter. A listing of phone lines for appointments is available, under Contact Us. Temporary Phone Line A temporary phone line is available for those who have questions about hospital appointments, procedures and treatments, COVID-19 testing appointments and general COVID-19 inquiries. Patients and clients can call 709-752-4500, or toll-free at 1-833-752-4500, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If you can not make your appointment We remind patients of the importance of attending your health-care appointment once it has been recently re-confirmed. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your appointment with sufficient notice (at least 48 hours) so that your appointment time can be offered to another patient.
