Mental Health and Addictions Services

We know we have an important role in the public health response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We know it is vital to continue to deliver mental health and addictions services and support to meet people’s needs.

All Mental Health and Addictions Program appointments are proceeding as scheduled. Clients will be offered telephone/virtual or in person sessions as needed.

Doorways locations throughout the region continue to offer services virtually, by telephone, or in person. It is recommended that clients call in advance to discuss options. Contact information and schedules are available at mha.easternhealth.ca/doorways.

Mobile crisis response teams, and the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)/ Flexible Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Teams continue to provide services.

Our staff has continued to offer telephone and/or virtual counselling support through our DoorWays program around the region. Contact information to book appointments is available at mha.easternhealth.ca/doorways/.
