HealthLine is a free, confidential, 24-hour telephone line, staffed by experienced registered nurses in our province who can offer health advice, information and connect you to resources and local services. We are always there for you at 811.
Mental Health and Addictions Systems Navigator
Are you having difficulty navigating the system or connecting with a service?
Our navigator is a central point of contact for individuals, family members and stakeholders throughout the province to:
  • problem solve so that you can figure out next steps;
  • consider options with you to help find the right mental health or addiction service; and/or
  • help you to make connections.

Need someone to talk to? The Warm Line offers non-emergency, non-crisis telephone support for people in the province who are living with mental health issues. Consumers’ Health Awareness Network Newfoundland and Labrador (CHANNAL) provides support programs for people with mental illness in the province. Trained peer supporters are non-judgemental and have firsthand knowledge - “We understand because we’ve been there.”

The Gambling Help Line is a free, confidential service available province-wide, 24 hours a day. If you or a family member has a gambling concern, please call us for information and support.
