Cancer Screening
Our services include systemic therapy (chemotherapy), radiation treatmentbreast screening, and supportive care services. The Program is also responsible for a clinical trials division, and the Cancer Registry which is a national cancer data base.


This section contains important information about the many services and supports available to you and your family.

We hope that the information provided will address many of your questions and concerns.
As well, your health care providers will be pleased to answer any questions you may have throughout your illness and treatment.
Cancer screening is the widespread use of tests to detect cancer in people who have no signs or symptoms of cancer. 

Screening can find some types of cancer early, before it has a chance to spread.
