Important Notices

Effective July 16, 2012:

Eastern Health will no longer be receiving bid submissions by fax WITH THE EXCEPTION OF AMENDMENTS TO CONSTRUCTION TENDERS BEFORE THE CLOSING TIME. All bid submissions must be dropped off, sent by mail or courier to:

As of August 18, 2011:

All vendors must adhere to the security rules and signage posted throughout Eastern Health’s facilities. In addition, vendors are not permitted to visit Eastern Health employees unless they have a scheduled appointment. COMPLETE RULES (pdf)

Our tender documents will be changing, please ensure your review the document before completing.

As of September 16, 2010:

Eastern Health will no longer refund deposits on construction tenders.
Tenders will close at 15:00:00 hours (3:00 PM) but will not be opened until 15:30:00 (3:30 PM).

As of September 1, 2010:

Eastern Health will NOT be faxing addendums directly to vendors. Addendums will be posted to the Eastern Health website and sent to the Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Association (NLCA).

Onus is on potential bidders to check the website for tenders, changes to tenders, and addendums.
No electronic transmissions of tenders will be accepted.
Successful bidders of tenders will be listed on the website when tenders are awarded.
The lowest or any tender is not necessarily accepted by Eastern Health.
Closing time of website advertised tenders will be Newfoundland time.
