Here are some things to keep in mind when visiting:

• Please keep your visits short.
• Only two (2) visitors are permitted at any time.
• Children under 12 years can visit only under special circumstances, and they must be accompanied by an adult.
• Floral arrangements and fruit baskets may not be appropriate.  Check with the nurse.
• Please leave the room when health care professionals are with the patient.
• Please treat other patients on the unit with the respect that you would like to be given. 
• Respect quiet times and visitor rules.
• Please do not visit if you are sick with a cold, flu or infectious illness.  Patients in hospital are very susceptible to infections and viruses.
