• 18 years of age and older who have physical and/or intellectual disabilities requiring home supportive services;
• requiring protection under the Neglected Adults Act;
• Under 18 years of age requiring Special Child Welfare Allowance (Rural Area only);
• 65 years of age and over requiring home support services to remain at home.

The CSP also provides:

• Basic medical supplies and equipment to assist with activities of daily living for individuals living in the community who meet the eligibility criteria; and
• Approval/Registration of Home Support Agencies.

Anyone can make a referral to the Community Supports Program (CSP).  One of our health care professionals will determine eligibility for service.
