Interfaith Citizens Home is located in scenic Crockers Cove, Carbonear.  Interfaith is a 54 bed fully accredited Nursing Care Home which provides total nursing care to both the elderly and young handicapped adults.

We, the staff of Interfaith Nursing Home know and understand that each resident is different, with different wants and needs.

• Able to access your medical and personal records and to have them kept confidential in accordance with the law.
• Permitted to refuse medical treatment.  You may refuse medical treatment and medications and will be informed of the medical consequences of your refusal.
• Able to receive rehabilitation and assistance towards independence consistent with identified requirements.
• Informed as to who is responsible for, and who is providing, your direct care.
• Afforded privacy in treatment and in caring for personal needs;
• Able to vote in all municipal, provincial and federal elections and to have arrangements made to accommodate this right.
• Encouraged to participate in resident functions, i.e. Resident/ Family Council.
• Provided with adequate and nutritional meals and snacks appropriate to your special needs.
