U.S. MEMORIAL HEALTH CENTRE

The U.S. Memorial Health Centre is a 40-bed facility housing both a long term care and protective care unit.  This facility also has an ambulatory care clinic operated on a 12-hour basis (with 17,000 approximate annual visits per year) which is staffed by three full time salaried physicians.   

Services offered at this facility include family practice, 24-hour emergency services, long-term care, protective care, nutritional services, nursing, pastoral care, pharmacy, laboratory services, nurse practitioner services, recreation therapy, social work and visiting specialty clinics.

The U.S. Memorial Health Centre is located in St. Lawrence, accessible off Highway 220.
